INSTRUCTIONS For ORAL PRESENTATIONS

 

 

Time allocated for oral presentation is 20 minutes, including 5 minutes for Q&A session.

 

The paper must be presented by one of the co-authors.​

Laptop and PC will be available for each session in the rooms allocated.

(Windows system + Powerpoint and Acrobat Reader).

​

Submission of powerpoint slides should be done upon the registration in the session room allocated for the presentation.  

​

Please come to the session room 15 minutes before the session starts to upload your presentation slides to the PC.
